Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and LIMEN HELIX Transformational Sciences LLC, doing business as All Access KC ("All Access KC", "we", "us", "our").

2. The product

All Access KC offers a digital Kansas City visitor guide for a one-time $5 purchase. The guide includes restaurant picks, bar lists, neighborhood overviews, itineraries, transit and parking guidance, and visitor essentials. The guide is updated weekly. You access it through your web browser; there is nothing to download or install.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the guide for your own personal travel planning. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the guide or any portion of it
• Share your unlock with another person or device beyond your personal use
• Copy or republish substantial portions of the guide on another website, in print, or in any other form
• Use automated tools (scrapers, crawlers, AI agents) to harvest content from the site

4. Pricing and payment

The guide costs $5.00 USD, a one-time charge. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing. Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms as displayed during checkout.

5. Device binding

Your purchase unlocks the guide on the device and browser where you completed checkout, by way of a unique session ID stored in your browser's localStorage. If you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use a different browser, the guide will lock again. You can re-unlock by emailing us with your Stripe receipt; see the Refund Policy for the underlying mechanics.

6. Content and accuracy

We curate the guide with care and update it weekly, but we do not control the businesses and venues it references. Restaurant menus, prices, hours, reservation policies, parking availability, transit schedules, and event calendars all change. Always confirm critical details directly with the venue, transit operator, or official source before traveling or making non-refundable plans. The guide is informational and does not constitute travel advice, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice.

7. Third-party links

The guide links to restaurants, venues, government information pages, mapping services, reservation platforms, and other third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or business conduct of any third-party site. Following any link is at your own discretion.

8. No affiliation

All Access KC is an independent local guide. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, federation, tournament organizer, host committee, municipal government, tourism board, venue, restaurant, hotel, or transit operator referenced in the guide.

9. Intellectual property

All text, layout, structure, and original content on this site is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or republish any of it without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks (including the names of restaurants, venues, brands, and events) referenced in the guide remain the property of their respective owners and are used in a descriptive, nominative sense only.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the site or any servers or networks connected to it
• Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others
• Share or attempt to share your purchase unlock with others

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the guide are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the content will be accurate, complete, or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site or guide, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us (typically $5.00 USD). In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost reservations.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Access KC, its operators, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to the guide at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — for example, by attempting to share or resell access. In the event of revocation for abuse, no refund will be issued. In all other cases, see our Refund Policy.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and we waive any right to a jury trial.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Access KC regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior agreements.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
