Soccer's biggest tournament is here
For four weeks, Kansas City becomes one of the loudest soccer cities on the planet. Six enormous matches land at Arrowhead — four in the group stage, then the knockouts, finishing with a marquee quarterfinal on July 11. Whether you have a ticket or you're watching from a downtown fan zone, this page keeps you a step ahead of the crowds.

Netherlands vs. Tunisia
The Dutch bring their orange army to Arrowhead — likely the loudest, most-traveled crowd of KC's group stage.
Algeria vs. Austria
Algeria's second date in KC — a Saturday night that could decide who advances out of the group.

Getting to Arrowhead
The smartest arrival isn't driving. Here's how locals do a big day at the complex.
Prepaid only — no cash
Parking at the complex is prepaid in advance; gates do not take cash on match day. Buy your spot ahead of time or you'll be turned around. Expect higher demand and prices than a normal game.
Streetcar + rideshare
The free KC Streetcar and rideshare beat fighting traffic to the complex. Stage downtown, ride in, and skip the parking scramble and the post-match exodus entirely.
Clear-bag policy
Arrowhead enforces a clear-bag policy. Bring only what's allowed in a clear bag, arrive early, and build in extra time for screening on these high-traffic match days.
Where to watch downtown
You don't need a seat inside to feel it. Downtown will be electric for every match on the board.
Power & Light District
The KC Live! block in the Power & Light District is the place to be — fan zones and watch parties on huge screens, with the loudest crowds in the city when the big summer matches kick off. Go early on Saturdays; it fills fast.
Eat, drink, then watch
Grab KC barbecue and a patio drink, then settle in for kickoff. Pair the watch party with our where-to-eat guide and turn match day into a full afternoon downtown.
Where to stay
Demand for these dates is enormous and rooms are going fast. If you're traveling in, book early — the best-located, best-priced rooms vanish first, especially around the Saturday matches and the quarterfinal.
We're lining up hand-picked Kansas City hotel deals to drop right here — check back soon.
